Note: The delivery time of pre-sale(or pre-order) products is subject to the arrival time. After the products arrive at the warehouse, we will ship the package out within 1-3 business days.

* Shipping time is an estimate, starting from the shipment date, not the order date. After shipping: After your parcel leaves our warehouse and is picked up by the courier for delivery. We can no longer edit your order in this state. You can follow up on deliveries in your account and track items online. Please note: Shipping times may be longer during peak season.

Lost or damaged packages: In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund to the customer.
